Great turnout at today's mission with 16 patriots on hand to honor Mr. Mercer. Max Vasquez came all the way from Kyle, and it was great to see Juan Gonzales at the mission, too. We had a nice looking flag line in front of the building with two stationed at the entrance drive off Williams.

I spoke briefly with Mrs Mercer. She didn't say much, but the tears which came to her eyes as I introduced myself and explained what we were doing spoke volumes.

Thank you to all who attended today. RIP Mr. Jack Mercer, US Navy.
