Confirmed mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the funeral and interment services for Mr. Damon Ansara Jones. Mr. Jones entered the US Army in 1988 and served 8 years including in Operation Desert Storm. He left the service as a Staff Sergeant.

Date/Time: Thursday, 23 January 2020. Funeral service starts at 10 am.

Location: Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 4301 Tannehill Ln, Austin, TX 78721. We will stage at the church.

Timeline:
8:50 - 9:20 am - Staging
9:20 am - Briefing
9:30 am - Flag line

Wx: High 66 deg, mostly sunny

Notes: This is the third mission in a row at this church. Following the start of the funeral service we will strike the flag line and depart quietly. Interment will be at CTSVC in Killeen the same day at 2 pm. Centex PGR has been invited.

The morning started out cloudy damp but that did not stop 9 patriots from attending to honor this veteran that served his nation in Operation Desert Storm.
