What a great change in weather for the 9 of us to stand the flag line. Because of 2 entrances, Don staged flags at both & we stood at the main one. The family arrived just before one thanking each of us personally as they walked up the sidewalk between us. The FD told us the service would last around an hour & a half. At the 2&1/2 mark, we were advised it would probably be another 45 minutes or so. He also told us that the coach would be going on ahead of the procession to change to a caisson. Several of us had other commitments so I talked with the FD about this & he was very good with our departing. He then thanked us for being there & for what we do.
A big thank U to all of U for what U do.
