The PGR went to Pflugerville, TX to stand up for Mr. Rusty Kohler. Rusty Kohler served in the US Army from 1968 to 1973 and was an MP in Vietnam. He left the military as a Sergeant. Rusty also served in the Austin Police Dept. After retiring from the APD in 1996 he joined the Bastrop Sheriff office as a deputy and served from 1997 to 2009. We had 14 PGR members in the flag line. Some came in cages however most came on their bikes. The temp was under 100 degrees finally so that was good.
