Confirmed mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the funeral service for Mr. Gilbert E. Jones. Mr. Jones served in the US Army from Feb 1943 to Dec 1945, where he earned the EAME ribbon with bronze star for service in Europe and North Africa.

Date/Time: Saturday, 10 November 2018. Funeral service to begin at 2 pm.

Location: Ramsey Funeral Home, 5600 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78633. We will stage at the funeral home.

12:50 - 1:20 pm - Staging
1:20 pm - Briefing
1:30 pm - Flag line

Wx: Hi 51 deg, cloudy.

Notes: This is a flag line only at the funeral home. Following the start of the service we will strike the flag line and depart quietly.

6 bikes, 4 cages and 11 patriots came out to honor 96 year old Sgt Jones as he reports to the Supreme Commander. Family was very appreciative that we were there.
