LTC Donald Pharr, 70, US Army (Ret), Georgetown, TX, 05 MAR 2018

Confirmed mission: The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to participate in the funeral service for LTC Donald Pharr. LTC Pharr served in the US Army and Army Reserves for 36 years.

Date/Time: Monday, 05 March 2018. Funeral service to begin at 11 am.

Location: Ramsey Funeral Home, 5600 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78633. We will stage at the funeral home.

9:50 10:20 am - Staging
10:20 am - Briefing
10:30 am - Flag line

Wx: Hi 70 deg, 80% rain chance

Notes: This is a flag line only at the funeral home. Cage it if weather indicates. Please be aware there will be a visitation prior to the funeral service. Friends and family will be present during our staging period. Following the service we will strike the flag line and depart quietly. Burial will take place at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen the same day at 2 pm. Centex PGR will participate.

Different assortment of transportation today even though it was a beautiful day: 5 cages, 4 bikes: 13 souls. Also a little different was the fact that there were 2 services at the same time.
The Pharr family came out en masse to thank everyone in the flag line prior to the start of the service.
Thanks to all that attended and kudos to Don as usual.
